Church Street Medical Center and Aesthetics is an internal medicine and aesthetic practice in Lenoir, North Carolina, led by board-certified family nurse practitioner Jennifer Bennett-Williams, FNP, and her highly trained staff. Jennifer is a family nurse practitioner who obtained her advanced degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC in 2007. She has experience in family medicine (all age groups), urgent care, emergency medicine, hospital medicine, acute care, and aesthetic services.
She lives in Lenoir, NC with her family and has strong ties to the community with a goal of caring for her community through her patients.
Patients struggling with chronic illness such as hypertension, diabetes, obesity, thyroid disease, women’s health issues, etc will be cared for in an inclusive environment. We also care for acute illness such as colds, flu, gastroenteritis, strep throat, minor injuries (sprains, strains, breaks, stitches), etc. We can provide IV hydration with or without vitamins added in the event of illness or for therapeutic purposes, school physicals, DOT physicals, pre-employment physicals, etc. We accept most major medical insurances (Medicare, Medicaid, etc) and have an affordable pricing schedule for uninsured patients.
